UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for Mexican Citizens

UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for Mexican Citizens

Travelling to the United Kingdom from Mexico has become simpler and faster with the UK eTA system. Designed for short-term visitors, it allows you to apply for UK eTA online and get approval before your trip — no embassy visits, no paper forms, just a quick digital process.

The UK eTA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) is a digital travel permit that allows eligible visitors, including Mexican citizens, to enter the United Kingdom for short stays such as tourism, visiting family or friends, business meetings, short-term studies, or airport transits. It is electronically linked to your passport and remains valid for multiple trips over two years or until your passport expires — whichever comes first — allowing each visit of up to 6 months.

Requirements for the UK eTA

Before applying, ensure you have:

  1. A valid Mexican passport (valid through your stay).
  2. A recent digital photo that meets UK requirements.
  3. A debit or credit card to make a payment.
  4. A valid email address is required to receive confirmation and updates.

Note: Any additional document or information requests will be communicated by our eTA experts via call or email.
