I am a British national residing in Malta and am beyond frustrated at the inability to get information about quick passport renewal from Malta. I travel constantly on business, and my passport will expire on 21 January 2026. Even worse, the passport was issued on 21 September 2015, and it appears that the Maltese authorities will not allow me to travel to Malta once the passport is more than 10 years old, even though I have permanent residency in Malta. I urgently need a new British passport as soon as possible. Emergency travel documents will not do, as my travel is constant and unpredictable. I tried to use the one day service in London when I was there recently, but they would not let me do so as I do not currently have a UK address. Please help; I really need to resolve this problem and to get a new passport as soon as possible. I will pay whatever premium is required for the service. Thank you in advance for your help.
