Born in England in 1947, came to Canada in 1956 at 8 years old. took out Canadian citizenship and was told I have dual citizenship. Have a Canadian passport, travelled to GB multiple times with no issues. Told I now have to have UK passport to visit, Canadian pass port isn't valid anymore. Sounds like a scam to raise money. If this is the case, they can forget about getting any tourist money out of me & my family. Both my brothers will also give up travel to UK under this new rule. will the few dollars they earn from my passport cover what i would spend on a extended holiday and add to the economy. Your loss UK with this new rule. Did the Monty Python crew take over the passport office?
