Hello, I am enquiring about if I need an ETA or Visa to enter the UK in 2027. I visited the UK last year after:- 1. Having applied for an ETA on 03 Jun 25 and being refused on 03 Jun 25 on the fact that the decision was I had a criminal conviction in the past 12 months which is incorrect. I had the criminal conviction in 2013 as described in the application, case number 2020-0000-2320-2647. 2. I then reapplied on 04 Jun 25 completing the ETA selecting "NO" to having a criminal conviction. On 04 Jun 25 I received approval to enter, case number 2020-0000-2332-5222. 3. On 30 Jul 25 I was in Sydney on our journey to the UK to arrive in London on 01 Aug 25 and I received an email to the effect that I was refused entry and my ETA revoked. 4 My wife and I then rebooked everything to fly to Dublin where on the 11 Aug 25 I was issued a visa number 028737818.

I wish to renew my British passport. I have been informed that I need a face-to-face interview as my passport is out of date. I cannot obtain an ID card without the passport. My last passport expired 29th July 1998. Is it possible to book an interview. Kind regards
