Tried this and tried to renew my British Passport since December 2025 Submitted forms and paid fee in December 2025 only to have them including fee returned and told service was not available Tried many ways and have been notified by the UK Passport Office that I need to apply in Ukraine again. I have file copies of all the actions and results of this muddle. I was told by the Passport Office that i could apply either in L'viv or Kyiv so what is the correct address for the application and what exact documntation is required.
