Good afternoon, I'm a UK citizen, resident in Savona, Italy for 19 years, and I'd like to get married to my Italian girlfriend. The Italian authorities require that I provide a certificate of no impediment to marriage in order to proceed. Am I able to obtain such a document from the consulate in Genoa? I don't have the time to go to Rome and would rather avoid Milan as well. Thanks
